Tim Willis will be hosting the Thursday June17th ride/chapter meeting, with all activities leaving from his house. The 5:00 intermediate ride will include trails in both HP and Ward Hill. The 6:00 ride will be a relaxed pace and will take place on the trails in Ward Reservation If you have not mountain biked at Ward before this would be good opportunity to check out the trails. The terrain is more forgiving than HP and has great views of the Boston sky line. The chapter meeting will follow at 8:00. All north shore NEMBA members are encouraged to attend this event.

We had a great ride lead and narrated by Lee, and meeting was productive. Thanks to Lee for hosting.

There will be a chapter meeting and ride on Thursday April 29, 2010. It will be at Lee’s house in Wilmington. The rides for all abilities will start at 5:00 and 6:00, and will include trails in the Wilmington- Burlington area. The meeting will follow at 7:30. Lee is looking for a couple of more ride leaders so we can break in to smaller ride groups. Anyone who knows the trail system or would like to learn before should contact Lee.

From rt 38 in wilmington, take Butters Row over the 1 lane wooden bridge. Follow to the end and take a left onto Chestnut St. Take second right onto mill rd. Lee’s house is the first driveway on the right past Fernbanks rd.

The chapter’s final meeting for 2009 is scheduled for Sunday, November 8th.  We will start off with a ride at Wollowdale SF & Bradley Palmer SP followed by the meeting / cookout at our president’s house.  During the meeting we will elect chapter officers and discuss plans for 2010.
